About Us
On The Line, LLC is an affiliation of separate and distinct professionals and professional corporations; and consists of a distinctive team of experts, including Dr. Amos Martinez the former program director for the Mental Health Licensing and Regulatory programs in Colorado for 16 years until 2005. Attorney Robert A. Lees acts as legal counsel when requested. All of these professionals have had years of experience in all legal and practical areas of the mental health profession in Colorado. Our panel of accomplished professionals will provide you with the insight and knowledge you need to understand the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies and their mental health rules and regulations. This is a necessary precaution to avoid malpractice which NO mental health professional can afford to haphazardly neglect.
Due to the highly dynamic nature of the Colorado Department of Registrations' rules and regulations regarding the mental health practice, our experts strongly recommend attending their "Protecting Your Mental Health Practice" seminars yearly to remain informed of the current issues and to obtain a copy of the newest editions of the Colorado Mental Health Professionals' Manual.
